Creator Terms of Service

By submitting a creator profile or any content to Aliholly, you agree to the following terms. Violations may result in immediate removal of your content, profile, and account.

1. Content Standards

  1. No hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content. Content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin will not be tolerated.
  2. No explicit sexual content. Aliholly is not an adult platform.
  3. No content depicting real people without their consent. If a real person appears or is identifiable in your work, you must have their documented permission.
  4. No impersonation of other creators or public figures. Your profile and work must represent you — not someone else.
  5. No AI-generated deepfakes of real humans. Synthetic likenesses of real people are prohibited regardless of intent.
  6. No content promoting violence against specific individuals or groups.

2. Originality & Rights

  1. Films must be original. Do not upload, reupload, or submit work created by someone else.
  2. You must have rights to any music used. If your film contains music, you are responsible for licensing. Aliholly is not liable for copyright claims arising from your content.

3. Accounts & Profiles

  1. One account per creator. Duplicate or sockpuppet accounts will be removed.
  2. Profiles require approval before going public. Submitting a profile does not guarantee acceptance.
  3. Films are submitted for review. Creators cannot upload directly to the catalog. All content is human-curated before it goes live.

4. Platform Rights

  1. Aliholly reserves the right to remove any content or profile at any time — for any reason, with or without notice.
  2. Aliholly may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
