Aliholly LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use aliholly.com and related services. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described herein.
2.1 Information You Provide. Account registration information (name, email, password); payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers); creator application information; communications you send us; and any other information you provide.
2.2 Automatically Collected. Device information (browser, OS, screen resolution); usage data (pages visited, time spent, viewing history, watch time); IP address; referral URLs; and cookies/tracking technologies.
2.3 Analytics. We use our own analytics system to track usage patterns and engagement metrics. For Creators, this data is used to calculate revenue share. Analytics data is aggregated where possible.
We use information to: provide and operate the Services; process transactions; send administrative and security communications; respond to inquiries; monitor and analyze usage; detect and prevent fraud; personalize and improve the Services; calculate Creator revenue share; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers. We share information with providers who perform services on our behalf (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare for hosting/CDN). These providers are contractually restricted to using information only to provide services to us.
Creator Analytics. Creators see aggregated performance data for their own content only. Platform-wide analytics are accessible only to administrators.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect Aliholly's rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, information may be transferred. We will notify you of changes in ownership.
With Consent. We may share information with your explicit consent.
We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. We may retain information after termination for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes. Analytics event data is retained up to 90 days; daily summaries up to 180 days.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
We use essential cookies (authentication, sessions), analytics cookies (usage patterns), and preference cookies (settings). You can control cookies through browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.
Account Information. Update or delete your information by logging in or contacting [email protected].
Email. Opt out of promotional emails via unsubscribe links. You cannot opt out of transactional/administrative emails.
Data Deletion. Request deletion at [email protected]. We will process requests per applicable law, subject to retention requirements.
California Residents (CCPA). You have the right to know what information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sales (we do not sell personal information). Contact [email protected].
The Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly. Contact [email protected] if you believe we have collected information from a minor.
The Services are operated from the United States. Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
